This seminar is helping to break down the barriers within the space, to understand that we’re all in this together. Providing a platform to share our stories. Giving access to tools and resources to be able to help ourselves and help each other.

Whether you are a Performer, Agent or Casting Director, this event will provide insights, stories, resources and tools to help you navigate Mental Health and Wellbeing in the entertainment industry.
